伦理实证研究的方法论基础

Methodological basis of empirical ethical research

目前国内外伦理实证研究已呈蔓延之势,但学界尚未对伦理实证方法进行系统讨论,对伦理实证方法理论探讨缺场的结果是具体伦理实证研究的混乱。在对具体伦理实证方法探究前,首先有必要对方法的方法也即为具体研究方法奠基的方法论基础进行思考。本文旨在对伦理实证研究的方法论基础进行研究,具体从伦理实证研究的正当性辩护、伦理实证研究的合法性探寻、伦理实证研究的独特性价值、伦理实证研究的合理性讨论四个方面展开。

Because lack of methodology has turned the embryonic empirical ethical research into chaos,it is necessary toponder over the problem before we go into specific methods. This paper discusses the methodological basis of empirical ethical research through four aspects of justification,legitimacy,uniqueness and rationality.
