基于小麦秸和玉米芯饲料的肉兔表观消化能及主要营养物质表观消化率的评定 被引量:4

摘要 为正确评定小麦秸和玉米芯在肉兔上的表观消化能(ADE)和主要营养物质表观消化率,试验选择60~70日龄,平均体重(1.75±0.23)kg的商品代伊拉肉兔42只,随机分为7组,每组6个重复,采用全收粪法进行消化试验。试验饲粮用套算法配制,小麦秸、玉米芯替代基础饲粮的比例分别为25%,20%和15%。预试期5d,试验期4d。结果表明:(1)总能(GE)、ADE和能量表观消化率的平均值分别为:小麦秸,13.52 MJ·kg-1,4.08 MJ·kg-1和30.15%;玉米芯,16.25 MJ·kg-1,2.00 MJ·kg-1和12.33%;(2)干物质(DM)、粗蛋白质(CP)、粗纤维(CF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、木质素(ADL)、粗脂肪(EE)、粗灰分(Ash)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)和无氮浸出物(NFE)的表观消化率的平均值分别为:小麦秸,21.89%,59.21%,6.33%,16.08%,9.76%,11.21%,88.27%,42.75%,26.44%,24.22%和30.39%;玉米芯,11.06%,50.44%,-26.13%,-9.95%,-20.84%,-4.78%,78.43%,37.60%,12.25%,-93.85%和14.38%。肉兔对小麦秸中的CF和ADF的表观消化率显著高于玉米芯(p【0.05);(3)小麦秸的DM、CF、ADF和EE表观消化率及玉米芯的DM、ADF、EE和NFE的表观消化率,因套测比例不同测得的数值差异不显著(p】0.05),而ADE及其它营养物质的表观消化率差异显著(p【0.05)。综上,在本试验条件下测定的小麦秸的营养价值高于玉米芯,消化试验套测比例以20%为宜。 The experiment was designed to evaluate apparent digestible energy and nutrients apparent digestibility of wheat straw and corn cob for meat rabbits. 42 Ira meat rabbits were examined with the age of 60-70 day-old and the average body weight of(1.75 ±0.23)kg, and they were randomly allocated into 7 groups with 6 replicates per group. Total feces were collected for digestibility determination. The feedstuffs were substituted at 25%, 20% and 15% in a basal diet, respectively. Following a 5d period of adaptation to each diet, feed intake was recorded and total faecal output was collected during 4 consecutive days. The results were showed as follows:(1)Gross energy(GE), average apparent digestible energy(ADE)and energy apparent digestibility of wheat straw and corn cob were 13.52 MJ·kg-1, 4.08 MJ·kg-1, 30.15%, 16.25 MJ·kg-1, 2.00 MJ·kg-1and 12.33%, respectively.(2)The average apparent digestibility of dry matter(DM), crude protein(CP), crude fiber(CF), neutral detergent fiber(NDF), acid detergent fiber(ADF), acid detergent lignin(ADL), ether extract(EE), crude ash(Ash), calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P) and nitrogen free extract(NFE) were 21.89%, 59.21%, 6.33%, 16.08%, 9.76%, 11.21%, 88.27%, 42.75%, 26.44%, 24.22% and 30.39% in wheat straw; and 11.06%, 50.44%,-26.13%,-9.95%,-20.84%,-4.78%, 78.43%, 37.60%, 12.25%,-93.85% and 14.38% in corn cob,respectively. The CF and ADF apparent digestibility of wheat straw was significantly higher than that of corn cob in meat rabbits(p<0.05).(3)The apparent digestibility of DM,CF,ADF and EE in wheat straw and DM,ADF,EE and NFE in corn cob between substitute percentage did not differ significantly(p>0.05), whereas ADE and the apparent digestibility of other nutrient differed significantly(p<0.05). In conclusion, under conditions of this study, the nutritive value of wheat straw was higher than that of corn cob in meat rabbits, and the appropriate substitute percentage of feeds for meat rabbits digestion trial was 20%.
