Comprehensively Creating the Atmosphere of Nationwide Reading——On the Difficulties and Focuses in Promoting Nationwide Reading

营造良好的阅读氛围是激发阅读兴趣、培养阅读习惯、提高阅读水平的重要前提和手段。然而,阅读氛围的缺乏一直困扰着我国国民阅读的普及与推广,因此,阅读氛围的整体营造仍是我国推进全民阅读的工作重心,这需要从观念引导、政策指导和活动倡导等三方面着手。

To create a good atmosphere for reading is an important premise and method for stimulating interest in reading, cultivating the habit of reading and improving reading comprehension. However, the popularization and promotion of the national reading in our country has been beset by the lack of atmosphere for reading. Therefore, in order to average up the level of national reading, we should still focus on the creating for atmosphere reading, which should be done from three aspects: the change of ideas, the guidance of policies and the sparkplug of activities.
