摘要
为更好地满足因时代变化带来的编辑对新知识的渴望和需求,探索编辑继续教育的有效途径,文章通过问卷调查方式,对新闻出版总局网络继续教育培训平台现状进行研究和分析,分析编辑继续教育平台需要考虑的几个因素,探索网络继续教育平台对编辑继续教育的重要性,对网络平台课程设计、结构优化、商业化运营等提出合理构建策略,并对网络继续教育质量评估提出了建议,以推动编辑继续教育工作的良性发展。
To satisfy editors' requirement for new knowledge and explore effective channels of their continuing education, this paper investigates and analyzes the present status of editors' network continuing education platform developed by the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television by questionnaire survey. Several factors were analyzed which required to be considered in the construction of editor continuing education platform, and the significance of the network continuing education platform for editors' continuing education was discussed. Based on the above, this paper provides reasonable strategies, curriculum design, structure optimization and commercial operation of the network platform. It also proposes suggestions for quality evaluation of network continuing education in order to promote favorable development of editors' continuing education.
