硅肥对草地早熟禾种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响 被引量:9

摘要 选取草地早熟禾(Poa pratensis)‘午夜’品种为参试材料,设置5个硅肥梯度(0、1、1.5、2、2.5 mmol·L-1),来研究硅肥对草地早熟禾种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,施硅能显著提高种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数(P<0.05),尤以1.5 mmol·L-1效果最好。在试验后期施硅显著增加幼苗苗长和幼苗鲜重,且随着施入硅量的增加而增加。一定程度上施硅促进了草地早熟禾胚根长生长,并能促进根系总长、根系总表面积及根系平均直径,其中施硅2.5 mmol·L-1处理显著高于不施硅对照(P<0.05),其他处理没有表现出良好的规律性,而对侧根数无显著影响(P>0.05)。因此,施入适量的硅有利于草地早熟禾种子萌发及幼苗初期生长发育。 In order to understand the response of turfgrass seedlings to silicon fertilizer(Si) and improve turfgrass germination for turf management,the effects of different concentrations of K2 Si O3on seedling growth of Kentucky bluegrass(Poa pratensis cv.‘Midnight') was investigated under well watered conditions.Four Si amendment treatments(1,1.5,2 and 2.5 mmol · L-1) and one control treatment(no Si) were conducted in the growth chamber.Silicon fertilizer significantly improved(P < 0.05) seed germination rate,germination energy and germination index.The length and fresh weight of seedlings significantly increased after 35 d treatment which increased with the increasing concentration of silicon fertilizer.The root length,total surface areas of roots and average root diameter increased although only the indices with 2.5 mmol·L-1Si treatment were significantly higher(P < 0.05)than the control.These improvement suggested that the appropriate amount of silicon fertilizer was benefit for seed germination and growth of Kentucky bluegrass.
