摘要 弹性流体动力润滑(简称弹流润滑)对球轴承滚动体与滚道的接触刚度有重要的影响.基于弹性流体动力润滑点接触问题的数值求解方法,对深沟球轴承滚动体与滚道在纯滚动条件下的润滑问题进行了分析,讨论了载荷和滚动速度的变化对滚动体与滚道接触中心油膜厚度和弹性变形的影响.依据数值结果,建立了润滑状态下滚动体与滚道接触力与刚体中心位移的关系,计算了两种滚动条件下滚动体与滚道的润滑接触刚度,并与干接触状态下的结果进行了对比. The elastohydrodynamic lubrication(EHL)critically impacts on the contact stiffness between roller and raceway ofball bearings.Based on the numerical problem-solving for dynamical EHL contact-points,the deep-groove ball bearing lubrication between roller and raceway is analyzed under simply rolling conditions.Firstly,the impacts of loading and rolling speed variations upon the oil film thickness and elastic deformation of roller-raceway contact center are discussed.Then,the relationship between the relative displacement and loading of roller-raceway geometric center is established under lubrication conditions.Finally,the rollerraceway contact stiffness is deduced and compared under three rolling speeds.
