β细胞“量”与2型糖尿病 被引量：3

摘要 胰岛β细胞'质'与'量'在机体内各种激素和信号通路的调控下,发生着微妙且精细的变化,共同影响着机体调节血糖的能力。当胰岛β细胞'质'和'量'中的一个或者二者同时出现了问题,将会导致严重的后果——糖尿病(DM)。胰岛β细胞功能缺陷和胰岛素抵抗是2型DM(T2DM)的主要发病机制。其中,胰岛β细胞在T2DM发病过程中起着关键作用。这是因为当β细胞仍有足够的代偿能力时,
