摘要
首先利用硫酸酸解剑麻微晶来制备剑麻纤维素纳米晶须(SCNW),继而通过非球形的SCNW来稳定环氧氯丙烷(EPC)/水型Pickering乳液。研究了SCNW的用量、水油体积比及超声时间等因素对SCNW稳定的EPC/水型Pickering乳液的稳定性、结构和形貌的影响。结果表明,当SCNW的量和水油体积比大于1时,SCNW才能稳定EPC/水型Pickering乳液。并且随着SCNW用量的增多、水油体积比的增大,EPC/水型乳液体系中乳滴的粒径越小,而超声乳化时间对乳滴粒径大小则没有多大影响。
Sisal cellulose nanowhiskers(SCNW)were fabricated by the sulphuric acid acidolysis method.The obtained unspherical SCNW were used to stabilize epichlorohydrin(EPC)/water Pickering emulsion.The effect of the SCNW concentration in aqueous dispersion,volume ratio of water to oil and ultrasonic time on stability,structure and morphology of the EPC/water Pickering emulsion was studied.The results show that only when the content of SCNW in aqueous dispersion and volume ratio of water to oil are appropriate and enough,SCNW can stabilize and form EPC/water Pickering emulsion.Meanwhile,with increase of the SCNW concentration and volume ratio of water to oil,the droplet diameter of EPC/water Pickering emulsion decreases.The ultrasonic time has no effect on the diameter of the emulsion droplets.
