聚碳酸酯光弹颗粒材料的加工退火及退火后的基本性能 被引量:3

摘要 为了得到可应用于颗粒物质光弹试验的聚碳酸酯小粒径颗粒,采用聚碳酸酯板或棒为原材料,通过所研究的3种加工方法及退火曲线,制成毫米级的高透明度颗粒,经过对其力学性能、光学性能及压汞的实验分析,得到了应力应变曲线、材料条纹值和内部孔隙结构特征的变化规律。结果表明,在退火的过程中除了热处理温度和时间,还要考虑热辐射的影响;退火不会显著改变聚碳酸酯材料的力学性能和曲线形状,只会对聚碳酸酯的孔径大小、分布、孔隙率等内部结构特征产生轻微影响,同时可以基本消除因制件尺寸造成的条纹值误差。 In order to get small size polycarbonate particles that can be applied to granular material photo-elastic experiment,polycarbonate plate or bar was used as raw materials,to produce millimeter transparency particles through the three kinds of processing methods and annealing curves from our research.Then by analyzing the experimental results of mechanical properties,optical properties and mercury injection,obtained the change laws of stress-strain curve,material fringe value and the internal pore structure characteristics.The results show that the influence of thermal radiation should be considered in addition to the heat treatment temperature and time in the annealing process,and annealing does not significantly change the mechanical properties of polycarbonate material and curve shape,only has a slight effect on the aperture size,distribution,porosity and other internal structure characteristics of polycarbonate.At the same time,it can basically eliminate the stripe error caused by the parts size.
