双螺杆挤出机螺纹元件组解聚混合性能的建模及实验表征 被引量:2

摘要 为研究同向啮合双螺杆挤出机螺纹元件组合解聚混合性能,文中采用POLYFLOW对双螺杆螺纹元件组三维等温模型进行有限元模拟,建立了描述螺纹元件组解聚能力与解聚效果的分散混合数学模型,并通过混合实验对该模型进行了验证。结果表明,平均解聚功能很好地量化螺纹元件组对共混物中附聚体颗粒的解聚效果,本文所建立的分散混合模型能直接描述混炼流场中螺纹元件组合数量和共混物中颗粒解聚效果之间的关系。 Aimed at simulation of deagglomerating capacity of screw elements configuration in a co-rotating twin screw extruder,finite element simulation,based on three-dimensional isothermal model,was implemented to characterize different types of screw elements configurations in twin screw extruder with the help of POLYFLOW software. The results contribute to propose a mathematical dispersive mixing model in description of configurations' deagglomerating capacity and deagglomerating effect during mixing process. Then,the optical microscopy experimental analysis evidences the well agreement on the quantitative characterization of average deagglomerating energy to the deagglomerating effect of screw elements. Furthermore,the mathematical dispersive mixing model also directly depicts the relationship between the deagglomerating effect and the number of screw elements.
