摘要
对比分析了橡胶压缩永久变形率测定常用的4种标准试验方法(ISO 815-1:2008,ASTM D395-03,JIS K6262:2013和GB/T 7759-1996),对试样尺寸、试验步骤和试验数据处理等对压缩永久变形率测试结果影响较大的测试因素及其对测试结果的影响规律作了重点解读。指出GB/T 7759-1996在某些条款规定方面的不当之处,并分析了原因,旨在加深相关研发和测试人员对测试结果及标准试验方法的理解,并为标准的选用和实施提供参考。
In this paper,standards commonly used for determination of compression set for vulcanized rubber( ISO815- 1: 2008,ASTM D395- 03,JIS K6262- 2006,and GB / T 7759- 1996) were introduced,clauses of those standards were compared and analyzed. Factors that have substantial influence on compression set,including test specimen size,test method and the expression of test results,were interpreted. The deficiencies of GB / T 7759- 1996 were pointed out,and the most likely causes for these deficiencies were analyzed. This paper aimed to help people concerned to understand the test results and the standards well,and can provide reference for adoption and application of the standards.
