赛克醇解废旧聚酯瓶制备漆包线漆的工艺

Enamel Preparation Technics Based on Waster Polyester Bottles Alcoholyzed with Tris( 2-Hydroxyethyl) Cyanuric Acid

摘要 采用废旧聚酯瓶为主要原材料,赛克及乙二醇为醇解剂,制备了一系列赛克改性的聚酯多元醇,进一步制得综合性能良好的漆包线漆。研究表明,采用薄层色谱法能有效控制聚酯瓶料的醇解终点。适宜的醇解工艺条件为(195±5)℃,7 h。当赛克/乙二醇质量比为3/2时,获得聚酯多元醇的珚Mn为5800,满足制备漆包线漆的羟基树脂质量要求,涂制的漆包线的软化击穿温度达290℃,击穿电压5.3 k V,介质损耗曲线拐点温度177℃,3%及5%拉伸盐水针孔为零,直焊性375℃时3 s,综合性能优良。 Series of tris( 2-hydroxyethyl) cyanuric acid( THEIC) modified poltester polyols and resulted enamels were prepared using waster polyester bottles as main material and THEIC and ethylene glycol( EG) as alcoholysis agent.It is found that the alcoholysis end point of wasted polyester bottles can be effectively controlled by thin-layer chromatography( TLC). The optimal alcoholysis condition is( 195 ± 5) ℃ for 7 h. When 3 /2 mass ratio of THEIC / EG is used,the number average molecular weight 5800 of polyester polyol is obtained which can accord with the demand of enamel preparation. The enamelled wires with good compositive performance are obtained with cut through in 2min at 290 ℃,breakdown voltage of 5. 3 k V,inflexion temperature of tgδ curves at 177 ℃,pin hole of zero with 3% or 5% stretching,solderability at 375 ℃ of 3 s.
