猪沙门菌分离株的毒力及耐药特征 被引量:4

Virulence and drug resistance characteristics of Salmonellastrains from pig

摘要 为了检测哈尔滨市猪沙门菌分离株的毒力及耐药情况,对采自健康猪群的非重复35株沙门菌进行了血清型鉴定、人工感染及毒力试验、药敏试验、耐药基因的检测与转移试验。结果显示,检出的最主要血清型为猪霍乱沙门菌,共25株,占71.4%(25/35),其次为猪伤寒沙门菌和鼠伤寒沙门菌。被攻毒小鼠全部死亡,肝、脾、胃出现不同程度的出血性病变。大部分沙门菌株对临床常用的抗菌药物已产生多重耐药,其中对氨苄青霉素、氟喹诺酮类、四环素和氨基糖苷类抗生素的耐药性较高,而碳青霉烯类抗生素的体外活性较高。结果表明,碳青霉烯类抗生素可作为临床治疗沙门菌病的首选药物之一。 In order to detect the virulence and drug-resistence circumstances of Salmonellaisolates from pig in Harbin Prefecture,35 non repetitive Salmonellaisolates from healthy pig herds were carried on serotype identification,artificial infection and virulence text,drug sensitivity text,detection and transferation text of drug resistence gene.In result,the primary serotype is Salmonella choleraesuis,accounting for71.4%(25/35).The inferior serotype is Salmonella typhisuis and Salmonella typhimurium.The infected mice died 100%.The liver,spleen and stomach showed hemorrhages in different degree.Most Salmonella isolates have multiple drug resistence.They have higher resistance to benzylpenicillin,fluoroquinolones,tetracycline and aminoglycoside antibiotics,and have higher resistance to carbapenem antibiotics in vitro activity.The result showed that carbapenem antibiotics is one of the prime choice in the clinical medicine.
