Super θ-operators on Pre-Lie superalgebras are introduced.The solutions of super 5-equation are discussed by super θ-operators.Then the notion of L-dendriform superalgebras is introduced as the algebraic structure behind the super θ-operators.Moreover,the relation between L-dendriform superalgebras,dendriform superalgebras and Pre-Lie superalgebra is also established.
