负载谐波诱发轧机主传动机电耦合扭振仿真研究 被引量:14

SIMULATION RESEARCH OF ELECTROMECHANICAL COUPLING TORSIONAL VIBRATION FOR MILL MAIN DRIVE SYSTEM INDUCED BY LOAD HARMONICS

摘要 现场测试发现:轧机在轧制过程中由于负载谐波频率与轧机机械传动系统固有频率接近时使得主传动系统发生强烈扭振。该文结合现场参数,通过计算机仿真,得出负载谐波力矩会引发电机转速振荡,而在机电耦合作用下电机转速振荡会激发电机输出相同频率的电磁力矩,当含有与机械系统固有频率相接近频率的谐波力矩和电磁力矩作用在轧机主传动系统两端时,主传动系统将会出现强烈的扭振。仿真结果验证了存在这种振动,为抑振措施提供理论基础。 Field testing indicates that a rolling mill presents a strong torsional vibration because the load harmonic frequencies are close to the natural frequency of the main drive system during the rolling process. Using field parameters to construct a computer simulation, it is obtained that the load harmonic torque results in motor speed oscillation. At the same time, the motor speed oscillation will excite the motor, causing it to output electromagnetic torque of the same frequency under the effect of the electromechanical coupling. When the load harmonic torque and electromagnetic torque, whose vibration frequencies are close to the natural mechanical frequency, act on the both ends of main drive system for the rolling mill, the main drive system will demonstrate a strong torsional vibration. Finally, the simulation results verify the existence of the vibration and lay a theoretical foundation for vibration suppression.
