摘要
探索并提出一种新型煤气化发电系统,通过将煤炭的碳氢组分分级气化过程和化学链燃烧过程进行整合,来减少能量转换过程中的不可逆损失,实现能量的梯级利用。该系统以CO_2为气化剂,来气化含碳量较高的焦炭,从而制得高浓度的CO。分析表明,新系统的热效率可以达到约49%,(?)效率约为47%,比传统的IGCC热效率和(?)效率均高出约6个百分点。新系统为化石燃料的合理高效利用提供了一种有效途径。
In this paper,a novel coal gasification and power generation system,based on the method of integrating the process of staged coal gasification and chemical looping combustion,has been proposed,which will reduce the irreversible loss of energy conversion and achieve cascade utilization of chemical energy and physical energy.In this system,CO_2 is utilized as gasifying agent,and the coke is gasified to produce high concentration of CO.As a result,the thermal efficiency and exergy efficiency new system is about 49%and 47%,respectively,which is about 6%higher than traditional IGCC system.The results obtained here may provide a new way of using fossil fuel more efficiently and economically.
