摘要
本文通过对不同收缩比和收缩段形线结构下的文丘里管内气固两相流的数值模拟,给出了文丘里燃烧器浓淡分离效果和阻力特性与文丘里管结构的关系.结果表明,文丘里燃烧器的阻力损失主要发生在收缩段,并且随着收缩比的增大,燃烧器的浓淡分离效果将变差,阻力损失减小;当收缩段采用圆弧形形线结构时,可使文丘里燃烧器单位压降的浓淡比增加,且在弯曲弧度相同的情况下,"内凹"弧形与"外凸"弧形燃烧器相比,其单位压降浓淡比更大;收缩段形线弯曲弧度增大,单位压降浓淡比随之增大。
This paper simulates the rich/lean separation characteristics and the resistance characteristics of the venturi burner by investigating the gas-solid two-phase flow in the venturi tube under the condition of various contraction ratio and contraction section's shape line numerically.The results show that,the friction loss of the Venturi burner mainly occur in the contraction section and with the increase of the contraction ratio,the rich/lean separation of the venturi burner will deteriorate and the friction loss is reduced.When the contraction section structure using the circular-shaped line,the rich/lean ratio per unit pressure drop of the Venturi burner can be further increased,and its value swells with the increasing of curve radian.When in the circumstances of the same curvature,the rich/lean ratio per unit pressure drop in inner concave-shaped line is greater than in outer convex-shaped line.
