摘要
本文研究了由于风力机叶片安装角的随机误差而导致的失谐问题。将某兆瓦级三叶片风力机的某一叶片安装角作为随机变量,采用一种不确定性量化方法——非嵌入式概率配置点法(NIPRCM)对CFD计算结果进行统计特性分析,讨论此失谐叶片对流场及风力机气动特性产生的影响。结果表明,由于安装角误差导致的失谐叶片会影响其上下游叶片绕流场,且对下游叶片绕流场的影响更明显。安装角的正负偏差引起的叶片载荷变化幅度具有不对称性,且失谐叶片的自身载荷变化方向与其上下游叶片载荷变化方向相反。
In the present paper,the mistuning problem caused by the error of setting angle has been investigated.The setting angle of one wind turbine blade has been set as a random variable.The Non-intrusive Probabilistic Collocation method(NIPRCM) was employed to analyze the responding statistical property aerodynamic characteristic of the wind turbine,as well as the flow variables resulting from the mistuning problem.The simulation results show that the mistuned blade has influence on the upstream and downstream blades,and the influence on downstream blade is more obvious.Moreover,the blade load variation caused by the positive and negative deviation of pitch angle caused is asymmetric.The load change of the mistuned blade varies oppositely to the upstream and downstream blade load variations.
