摘要
本文基于电容层析成像方法对气固流化床干燥、混合过程进行测量分析,研究循环流化床干燥过程固体颗粒浓度分布、湿度等主要参数随时间的变化规律。其中电容传感器包括8电极圆形传感器,用于流化床颗粒包衣过程浓度分布测量,12-4组合电极用于环核区域颗粒浓度分布测量,基于电容层析测量手段,对制药行业与流化反应有关的过程进行了系统研究,对典型过程进行了优化分析和控制。
The solids concentration and moisture content is investigated in a fluidized bed coating and drying process based on electrical capacitance tomography(ECT) combined mathematical modelling The ECT sensor consists of 12-4-8 combined external-internal electrodes.The 12-4 ECT sensor is used to measure the solids concentration in the annular fluidization regime and the eight electrodes ECT sensor is used to measure the solids concentration in the coating regime.The measurement result is compared and validated with conventional measurement method.A typical drying process is analyzed and controlled based on the ECT measurement and modeling results.
