跨国公司高科技产品专利国际化战略实证研究——以通信行业LTE技术为例 被引量:12

An empirical study on the high-tech product patent internationalization strategy of multi-national corporations: Using LTE technology in the telecommunication industry as an example

摘要 由于高科技产品的创新性及边际效益递增效应,使各公司越来越重视国际市场的开拓,专利国际化布局战略不仅为了保护其技术,更反映了其对国际市场先行布局的意图。通信行业中的LTE(Long Term Evolution)产品是继第三代移动通信技术后的新一代产品,不少国家已建成了该产品的商用网及试验网,基于该项技术上处于领先地位的12家公司专利数据的实证研究,分析比较各跨国公司专利的国际化布局演进路径,从而揭示不同公司在高科技产品国际化布局中的规律,也为公司寻找潜在的专利合作伙伴及规避可能遭遇的专利诉讼风险提供理论参考。 Because of the innovation and the marginal benefit increasing effect of high-tech products,the companies are paying more and more attentions to the international market development. The patent internationalization strategy is not only to protect its technology,but also reflects the deployment intentions of the international market. In the telecommunications industry,LTE product is the new generation product following the 3G technology. And the commercial networks and the trial networks have already been constructed in many countries. Based on the empirical study on the patents of the top 12 companies in this technology,the analysis of evolution paths of patent internationalization of the MNCs has been given so that the law of the high-tech products patent internationalization strategy can be found. In addition,the theoretical references have been provided for the MNCs to find the potential patent partners and avoid the possible patent litigation risks.
