地理距离阻碍跨区域产学研合作绩效了吗?

Geographical distance and non-local university-industry collaborations performance

以广东省省部产学研合作研发项目为例,采用专利与新产品为因变量,构建负二项分布模型,实证检验了地理距离对跨区域产学研合作创新绩效的影响。结果显示:地理距离对专利产出的影响不显著,对新产品产出有显著的负向影响。产学研合作促进政策应充分发挥本地高校、科研院所对新产品创新绩效提升的积极作用,区别对待以专利或者新产品为技术创新收益占有方式的不同产业,并鼓励以"为我所用,不一定为我所有"的方式撬动外地高水平高校、科研院所科技资源。

Using patent and new product as dependent variables and taking Guangdong university-industry collaboration projects as examples,we formulated a negative binomial model and conducted an empirical study of geographical distance's impact on non-local university-industry collaboration innovation performance. Results show that: geographical distance has no significant impact on patent but significant negative impact on new product. University-industry collaboration promotion policy should boost the active role of local university and public research institute on new product output,distinguish different industries according to their appropriate return mechanism,and leverage non-local excellent university and public research institute resources via non-property ways.
