贵州晴隆沙子大型富钪锐钛矿矿床的发现及开发利用研究 被引量:5

Discovery and Study on Exploitation and Utilization of Shazi Large-scale Anatase Deposit in Qinglong County of Guizhou Province

摘要 新发现的贵州晴隆沙子大型富钪锐钛矿矿床,属于与峨眉山玄武岩喷发作用有关的热水沉积-残坡积型矿床。TiO2主要以微细粒包裹物形式赋存于硅酸盐和石英中,其次以类质同像存在于褐铁矿中,少量以独立矿物形式存在于粒度>0.04mm的锐钛矿集合体中;矿石中的钪则绝大部分为离子吸附型,类质同象型为辅赋存在高岭石等矿物中,属极难选矿石,但采用"焙烧-酸浸-碱浸"工艺可选,得到TiO2品位42.32%锐钛矿,氧化钪99.99%的产品及铁红和聚硅酸铝盐(PSA)混凝剂副产品,实现了无尾矿的零排放。 The Shazi large-scale anatase deposit in Qinglong County,Guizhou Province,which is a new discovery,belongs to hydrothermal sedimentation and eluvium talus deposit related to the eruption of Emeishan basalt.TiO2 mainly hosts in silicate and quartz with the form of micro fine inclusions,then exists in limonite as the isomorphism.Moreover,fraction with the form of independent minerals existed in anatase aggregate whose particle size was more than 0.04 mm.The scandium in the ore existed in minerals such as kaolinite,mainly as the ion adsorption type,and followed as isomorphism form,which was very difficult to be separated.But it was obtained that the anatase with the TiO2 grade of42.32%,the product with scandium oxide of 99.99% and the co-products including hematite and the PSA coagulant by using ' roasting-acid leaching-alkaline leaching' technology,which realized no tailings emission.
