固体充填采煤工作面留复合伪顶开采调整技术研究 被引量:2

Study on Mining Adjustment Technology of Composite False Roof at Coal Face with Solid Filling

摘要 针对泰源煤矿1801充填采煤工作面因开采复合伪顶引起开采范围内局部区域工作面与巷道处于不同水平而造成设备无法合理布置等一系列问题,提出降液压支架支护高度并同步增加卧底量调整工作面采高的调整方案,设计了锚网索加钢筋梯梁以及锚杆加钢筋梯梁的工作面对应顶板支护方案,并在工程实践中采用"分层留顶,逐步加大"的调整工艺顺利进行复合伪顶下开采,实测工作面顶板最大下沉量240mm,顶板无明显垮落现象,解决了泰源煤矿1801工作面调整对顶板稳定性控制的问题。 Because of mining composite roof at 1801 coal face in Taiyuan Coal Mine,the working face of local area in mining range and drift were in the different levels,which led to a series of problems,such as the unreasonable arrangement of the device.Therefore,a adjustment method that the hydraulic support height reduced with the increase of face mining height was proposed,and roof supporting schemes were designed at the working face of cable anchor matching steel beam support and bolt matching steel beam support.In engineering practice,the mining under composite roof was carried out smoothly by adjusting the process of 'low slicing with coal roof and gradually increasing the mining height'.The maximum measured subsidence of roof was 240 mm and the roof had no significant collapse,which solved the problems of roof stability control in mining adjustment.
