云锡某锡尾矿资源再利用选矿工艺试验研究 被引量:9

Experimental Study on Mineral Processing Technology of Tailings Reutilization in Yunnan Tin Corporation

摘要 为寻找云锡某锡尾矿资源开发利用的途径,针对尾矿试料特性,采用分级,粗砂经过磨矿、摇床选别、磁选除铁的"重-磁"联合工艺;细泥经过离心选矿机、皮带溜槽、细泥摇床组合的工艺,获得锡品位41.19%、回收率11.73%的合格锡精矿和锡品位3.57%、回收率23.98%的富中矿,综合锡回收率为35.71%。试验结果表明该工艺是合理、可行的。 To find ways of tailings utilization in Yunnan Tin Corporation,a combined technology was proposed according to tailings characteristics.After grading,coarse sand passed by gravity-magnetic associated processing including grinding,tabling and iron removal by magnetic separation,and fine slime passed by the technology combining centrifugal separator,belt chute and slime shaking table.Finally,qualified tin concentrate was obtained with Sn grade of 41.19%and Sn recovery rate of 11.73%,and rich middlings with Sn grade of 3.57% and Sn recovery rate of 23.98%.The comprehensive recovery of Sn was 35.71%.The experimental results showed that the process was reasonable and feasible.
