广西某难选铜锌硫化矿铜锌分离研究与实践 被引量:3

Research and Practice of Copper-zinc Separation in a Refractory Copper-zinc Sulfide ore in Guangxi

摘要 对某难选铜锌硫化矿进行了试验研究,通过分析原选矿流程存在的问题,根据矿石性质特点,研究确定了阶段磨矿-阶段选别的优先浮选流程,同时优化了药剂制度。实验室小型闭路试验和工业试验都获得了较好的选别指标,与改造前生产指标相比,铜精矿铜品位提高1.65%、锌品位降低4.15%,铜回收率提高5.01%;锌精矿锌品位提高3%、砷品位降低0.72%、锌回收率提高3.01%,从而解决了该选厂铜锌分离难的问题。 In this paper,an experimental study was carried out on a refractory copper-zinc sulfide ore.Through analyzing the existing problems of original beneficiation,apreferential flotation of stage grinding and stage separation was determined based on ore characteristics.Meanwhile,the reagent system was optimized.Good separation results were achieved in both the closed-circuit experiments in laboratory and industrial tests.Compared with previous indexes,in copper concentrate,the grade of Cu improved by 1.65% and the grade of Zn decreased by 4.15%,with the recovery rate of Cu rising by 5.01%.In zinc concentrate,the grade of Zn improved by 3% and the grade of As decreased by 0.72%,with the recovery rate of Zn rising by 3.01%.Thus,the separation problems in this plant were solved.
