摘要
对安徽某铁尾矿进行再选可行性研究,依据工艺矿物学分析,开展了磨矿粒度、预先脱泥再磨、磁选流程、浮选试验研究。结果表明,当磨矿粒度-500目含量75%、磁场高度为1000GS时,通过磁选试验,精矿品位和精矿产率达到最佳合理指标。
Feasibility study of tailings retreatment was carried out in an iron ore of Anhui province.Based on process mineralogy analysis,the experimental researches on grinding size,pre-desliming and regrinding, magnetic separation process,as well as flotation were developed.The results showed that when the content of grinding particle size-500 mesh was 75% and magnetic field intensity was 1000 GS,the most reasonable concentrate grade and concentrate yield would achieve through magnetic separation tests.
