易破碎动压沿空巷道围岩与煤柱稳定控制技术 被引量:5

Control Technology on Stability of Coal Pillar and Surrounding Rock in Easy Broken Drift Along the Empty Stope with Dynamic Pressure

摘要 为解决易破碎回采巷道围岩和煤柱在工作面采动影响下产生的严重变形破坏问题,采用地质雷达探测回采巷道松动圈范围并分析其破坏原因,利用数值模拟手段研究了不同煤柱宽度下采空区和巷道双重影响下侧向支撑压力的分布状态,并研究了对穿锚索对轴向围岩应力分布状态的影响和对侧向围岩的影响范围,分析了对穿锚索的加固机理,提出了优化煤柱+高强锚杆支护+对穿锚索控制的方案,工程应用现场监测结果显示:顶底板总收敛量为741mm,两帮收敛量为610mm,锚索受力较为稳定,保证了巷道围岩和煤柱的稳定性,能够较好地满足巷道的使用要求。 Surrounding rock of easy broken drift and coal pillar would have serious deformation and failure under the influence of working face mining.In order to solve the problem,the range of loose circle of drift was detected by geological radar,and the reasons of damage were analyzed.Distribution of lateral support pressure with different width of coal pillar under the double influence of goaf and drift was studied by numerical simulation.And the influence of two-ended anchors on the axial stress distribution of surrounding rock and lateral surrounding rock was studied.The strengthening mechanism of two-ended anchors was analyzed.Finally,the method combining optimization of coal pillar,high-strength bolt support and two-ended anchors was put forward.The field monitoring results showed that total deformation of roof and floor was 741 mm,the convergence of two sides was 610 mm and the cable force was stable,which ensured the stability of surrounding rock and coal pillar,and met the operating requirements of drift.
