摘要
露天矿排土工作,是露天矿生产工艺过程中的重要环节。根据海口磷矿矿体赋存情况,对采空区实施内排条件进行了研究,结合采场开采现状,提出了分区分期强化开采方案,创造条件实施部分剥离物内排土,取得了很好的效果。2010~2013年,海口磷矿内排率综合达到47%,共内排土2359.52万m3,不但解决了原排土场地紧张的问题,保护了生态环境,还缩短了运距,节约运输燃油费用2624.41万元。
Dumping is an important part in the whole production of open pit mine. According to the ore deposit in Haikou phosphate mine,the internal dumping conditions in the mined-out areas were studied. Combining with present mining situation,the forced mining method under different stages and different districts was proposed to create conditions for partial internal dumping of the overburdened waste. Good results had been achieved in this mine as follows. During the years of 2010 to 2013,the comprehensive dumping rate reached 47%,and the total dumping volume was 23. 5952 million cubic meters,which not only solved the shortage of dumping site and protected the ecological environment,but also shortened the distance and reduced transportation costs by 26. 2441 million Yuan.
