氮磷对引黄水库水中小球藻生长的影响 被引量:3

Effect of nitrogen and phosphorus on growth of Chlorella vulgaris in Yellow River reservoir

摘要 以济南市引黄水库中分离出的小球藻为研究对象,研究不同光温条件对其生长的影响;在此基础上设计了4因素3水平正交实验研究氮磷物质对小球藻生长的影响。结果表明,小球藻的最适生长温度为30℃,光强为6 000 lx;氮磷营养盐对藻类生长影响的重要性排序为硝酸盐>磷酸盐>氨氮>亚硝酸盐。引黄水库氮磷含量较稳定,适于小球藻的生长,夏、秋季节应加强小球藻水华的监控预警。 Taking Chlorella vulgaris isolated from Jinan Yellow River reservoir as the research object,the effects of temperature and light conditions on the growth of Chlorella vulgaris were discussed. The impact of nitrogen and phosphorus on the growth of chlorella vulgaris were researched by four factors and three levels orthogonal test. The results showed that the optimum irradiation and water temperature were 6 000 lx and 30℃,and influences of the nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients on algal growth were NO-3-N > PO-3-P > NH+4-N > NO-2-N. Contents of nitrogen and phosphorus in Yellow River reservoir were suitable for the growth of Chlorella. Monitoring and early warning of Chlorella bloom should be strengthened in summer and autumn.
