乳化器内乳胶基质热爆炸条件探讨

Discussion on the Thermal Explosion Conditions of Emulsion Matrix in Emulsifier

针对某厂乳化器内乳胶基质发生的热爆炸事故,分析事故发生的原因。结合乳化炸药中硝酸铵热分解机理和经验,给出了乳化器内乳胶基质热分解的条件,即必须生成热点和热积累,并分析了热点和热积累的形成条件,对乳化炸药的安全生产具有指导意义。

Aimed at a thermal explosion of emulsion matrix in the emulsifier at a factory,the accident reasons were analyzed.Combining the thermal decomposition mechanism of ammonium in emulsion explosive and experiences,the thermal decomposition of emulsion matrix in emulsifier must have hot spot and heat accumulation.Then the formation conditions of above two factors were analyzed,which had guiding significance for safe production of emulsion explosives.
