摘要
广东某铅锌矿石为含炭的难选氧化铅锌矿,根据该矿石的特点,确定了"硫化矿优先浮选-脱泥-氧化矿浮选"的试验方案,其中硫化矿浮选采用硫酸铜作活化剂,丁黄为捕收剂,氧化矿浮选采用硫化钠作硫化剂,再用长链的仲辛基黄药作捕收剂,最终获得了含铅品位11.65%、铅回收率31.14%和含锌品位46.37%、锌回收率73.99%硫化矿精矿,以及含铅27.05%、铅回收率39.63%和含锌品位3.12%、锌回收率2.73%的氧化矿精矿,铅总回收率为70.77%,锌总回收率76.72%。
Due to the characteristics of a refractory lead-zinc oxide ore containing carbon in Guangdong,the test program of preferential flotation of sulfide minerals-desliming-flotation of oxide ores was determined.The sulfate was used as the activator and butyl xanthate as the collector for flotation of sulphide minerals,while the sodium sulfide was used as the vulcanizing agent and the long chain of sec-octyl xanthate as the collector for flotation of sulphide minerals.Finally,a sulphide concentrate with lead grade of 11.65% at a lead recovery of 31.14% and zinc grade of 46.37% at a zinc recovery of 73.99%,besides an oxidized concentrate with lead grade of 27.05% at a lead recovery of 39.63% and zinc grade of 3.12% at a zinc recovery of 2.73% were obtained.The total recovery of lead was 70.77%,and the total recovery of zinc was 76.72%.
