煤矿井下水平定向钻进钻屑粒度分布特征研究 被引量:6

Study on the Particle Size Distribution of Drilling Cuttings Produced by Horizontal Directional Drilling in Underground Coal Mine

摘要 煤矿井下水平定向钻进技术是实现瓦斯高效抽采的重要手段,为了解决该技术目前采用的冲洗介质及其循环方式存在的问题,实现冲洗介质闭式循环,针对井下实钻煤渣屑进行了现场取样,并通过筛分法重点研究了钻屑中200目以上颗粒的粒度分布特征,得出的结论是:钻屑中筛分直径大于2.000mm的颗粒约占总质量的50%左右,且样品粒度分布符合Rosin-Rammler分布函数。研究结果为煤矿井下水平定向钻进钻屑清除工艺开发和配套设备研制提供了参考依据。 The horizontal directional drilling technology was an important technical means for gas extraction.For solving existing deficiencies in flushing fluid and its circulating mode,a closed circulation of flushing fluid was proposed.The coal cuttings produced by horizontal directional drilling was sampled,and then the sieving method was used to research the particle size distribution for the particles with diameter larger than 200 meshes.The results concluded that the particle with diameter over 2.000 mm accounted for about 50% of the total mass,and the size distribution of samples conformed to Rosin-Rammler distribution function.The study provided a reference for development of cuttings separating technique and auxiliary equipment used for horizontal directional drilling in underground coal mine.
