Slope Altitude Effect of Blasting Vibration in Open-pit Mine

摘要 在露天矿爆破施工过程中边坡的高程效应十分明显,严重影响矿区的安全生产。为了研究高程与爆破振动速度的关系,依托爆破工程现场监测采集到的大量爆破振动信号并用MATLAB对信号进行线性模型回归分析,比较爆破振动信号在平整场地和存在高程时的边坡爆破峰值振速变化规律,研究发现爆破振动信号只有在高程超过一定值时才存在高程放大效应,且爆破振动信号放大率随边坡高程的增加而逐渐增加,同时说明爆破振动引起的高程效应随高程的增加逐渐增强。 The slope altitude effect was obvious during the blasting in open-pit mine,which had serious impact on the safety of mine production.In order to study the relationship between altitude and velocity of blasting vibration,regression analysis of linear model was carried out by MATLAB on the blasting vibration signals,which were collected from monitoring the blasting site.The velocity variation of blasting peaks on flat ground and slopes with altitude was compared.The results showed that magnification of blasting signal only appeared when the altitude exceeded a certain value.With the enhance of altitude,the magnification of blasting signal gradually increased,as well as the altitude effect caused by blasting vibration.
