西南某矿充填系统运行调试研究 被引量:7

Debugging Study on Filling System Operation of a Mine in Southwest

摘要 为保障矿山安全生产和提高经济效益、充分回收利用资源,西南某矿拟改用充填法开采,对新建充填系统进行了工业试验,结果表明,充填系统可在设备工况良好的条件下长时间运行,充填料浆可顺利实现长距离泵压输送,井下充填管路在整个调试过程中未发生堵管,系统工艺流程畅通,达到了预期的目的,为矿山全尾砂胶结充填开采创造了良好条件。 In order to ensure safe production,improve economic benefits and fully recycle resource,filling method would be used in a mine of southwest region,and the industrial tests of new filling system were conducted.The results showed that filling system could keep long time operation under good working condition.Filling slurry can be pumped for a long distance,while underground filling pipelines were not blocked during debugging. The unblocked system process reached intended purpose,which created good condition for whole tailings cemented filling mining.
