分段凿岩阶段嗣后充填法在金山店铁矿的试验研究

Experimental Study on Stage Backfilling Method with Sublevel Drilling in Jinshandian Iron Mine

简要介绍了金山店铁矿采用充填采矿法的紧迫性以及进行试验矿块作业的必要性。根据试验矿块的开采技术条件,结合矿山目前的具体情况,选择分段凿岩阶段嗣后充填采矿法,并对采准切割、回采等采矿工艺进行了设计。最后,结合试验采场现场作业中遇到的问题,提出补强锚索预控顶支护的建议,保障了下部采场的正常作业,解决了从崩落法向充填法的过渡问题。

The urgency of using filling method and the necessity of test blocks operation in Jinshandian Iron Mine were briefly introduced.Based on the mining conditions of test blocks and combined with the specific situations of mine,stage backfilling method with sublevel drilling was selected.And the mining processes,such as mining preparation,cutting and stoping,were designed.Finally,according to the problems of field operation in test stopes,the beforehand control-roof supporting with reinforcing anchor was put forward,which guaranteed the normal operation of the lower stops,and solved the problems in the transition from caving method to filling method.
