摘要
某低品位铁矿石为赤褐铁矿和磁铁矿的混合型铁矿,且磁铁矿的嵌布粒度极细,主要分布在5~25μm之间,属于极难选的铁矿石。在试验室进行了系统的磁选、磁化焙烧和浮选等试验,结果表明,一段磨矿细度-0.074 mm为80%,经一次弱磁粗选,粗精再磨矿细度-0.025 mm为92.7%,经三次弱磁精选和阴离子捕收剂反浮选,对品位为27.52%的混合型原矿,可获得铁品位61.48%、铁回收率43.34%的铁精矿。
As a difficult-to-mine iron ore,the low grade iron ore mixes hematite-limonite and magnetite.And the extremely fine disseminated size of magnetite mainly distributes in 5~25μm.Magnetic separation,magnetic roasting,flotation and other tests were conducted in laboratory.The results showed that the first stage grinding fineness of-0.074 mm accounted for 80% by one low intensity magnetic separation,and the secondary grinding fineness of-0.025 mm in rough concentrate took up 92.7% by three low intensity magnetic separations and reverse flotation with anionic collector.Finally,the iron concentrate with grade of61.48% and recovery of 43.34% could be obtained from mixed iron ore with grade of 27.52%.
