中澳矿山运营成本比较研究

Comparative Study on Operating Cost Between Chinese and Australian Mine

澳大利亚境内赋存条件较差的矿体开采,矿山的建设和运营成本较高。为了降低这类项目的开发和运营成本,选取中国境内类似的矿山,以按生产要素划分的成本结构表和按生产工序划分的成本结构表为模版进行运营成本比较研究。结果表明:国外矿山的采矿运营成本是528.50元/t矿石,国内矿山的采矿运营成本是255.67元/t矿石,主要差距体现在掘进成本、人工成本和车间管理费用等。

For exploitation of ore body with poor condition in Australia,the construction and operation cost of mine was higher.In order to reduce cost of this kind project,taking two kinds of cost structure scales divided by production factors and production process as templates,comparative study on operating cost was conducted for similar mines in China.The results showed that mining operating cost was 528.50RMB/t ore in foreign countries,but 255.67 RMB/t ore in China.The main difference included developing cost,labor cost and workshop management cost and so on.
