摘要
"90后"大学新生群体在思想和行为等方面有着诸多特点,思想政治教育要"以人为本",着眼于其思想实际,尊重并鼓励个性发展,以自我实现为目标,引导"90后"大学新生开展自我教育。
There are many characteristics of university freshmen groups 'after 90' in thought and behavior,ideological and political education of 'people oriented',focus on practical ideas,respect and encourage the development of personality,self realization as the goal,guide the university freshmen education.
