高校扩招后,大学毕业生的就业状况愈发严峻,音乐类专业的大学生也不例外,很多学生选择了在校期间兼职来提高自身在就业中的竞争实力,通过调查得知,音乐类专业的大学生有更多的兼职机会和更高的兼职收入,然而他们对于兼职的认识却非常肤浅,甚至以赚钱为最终目的。这对于高校来说,如何正确引导他们兼职就显得尤为重要。
