高校家庭经济困难学生资助工作管见

经济困难学生资助工作是当前高校思想政治教育工作的重要组成部分,与学生的健康成长和高校教育教学工作的顺利开展具有密切关系,因而落实好资助工作对高校教学秩序的稳定具有十分重要的意义。本文通过分析高校家庭经济困难学生资助工作存在的问题及原因,有针对性地提出了利用数学建模方式更加科学的进行贫困生认定,同时转变资助理念,加强对受助学生的人文关怀,努力实现"助困"与"助人"并举,力图促进经济困难学生的全面发展和学校各项教育教学工作顺利开展。

Offering poverty-stricken students financial assistances is an indispensable part of the current ideological and political education of colleges and universities. Considering that this part of work has a close relationship with the individual developments of the students as well as the progress of the teaching work,it is necessary for colleges and universities to put college-funded project into actions in order to maintain stability for the process of college teaching. This paper,by analyzing the existing problems and reasons of the work in supporting financially-challenged students,puts force the effective method of mathematical modeling for assessing poor students increasingly scientifical. The paper also advises us to transform funding concept,which inspires us to raise the aware of the student's humanistic care,aiming at achieving 'financial aid' and 'help' at the same time. Moreover,as is put forward in the essay,colleges and universities should be intend on promoting the all-round development of needy students,and facilitating the smooth pace of the teaching work in college.
