试论高职院校教务管理的信息数字化建设

Information management of higher vocational college's digital construction

随着高职院校的不断发展,教育管理成为业内比较关注的课题。如何实现高职院校教务管理信息的数字化建设,以尽快适应高职院校快速发展、有效推进教育教学深化改革,成为高职教育工作者当前和今后一个时期的重要任务。教务管理数字化是一项复杂的系统工程,需要采用系统集成的先进软硬件技术,同时要体现高职院校管理的经验和特色。笔者结合自身工作实践,在本文中探讨了高职院校教育管理信息数字化的意义,分析了高职院校教育管理信息数字化的推进措施,供业内同行借鉴参考。

With the continuous development of higher vocational colleges,the educational management becomes the subject of concern. How to realize the digitization construction of the educational administration management information in higher vocational colleges,in order to adapt to the rapid development of higher vocational colleges,to deepen the reform of education and teaching,has become an important task for higher education workers in the current and future periods. The educational administration management digitization is a complicated system engineering,need to adopt the advanced software and hardware technology integration system,at the same time to reflect the management of higher vocational college experience and characteristics. The author unifies own work practice,to discuss the significance of education management information digital in vocational colleges,analyzes the measures of digital education information management in higher vocational colleges,for reference.
