This paper briefly describes the higher vocational talents training mode reform and innovation of relevant content. On this basis,put forward the higher vocational education must establish ' Taking Students as the Foundation ' education. ' Taking Students as the Foundation ' philosophy is 'people-oriented' thoughts in the management of the school education teaching and deepening. Carry out ' Taking Students as the Foundation ' education,the higher vocational education personnel training mode reform,innovation and build course system,teaching mode innovation,deepen the cooperation between colleges and students assessment mode innovation,management innovation has important significance. Highlight the 'people- oriented' concept,requires that higher vocational education to innovate talents training mode.
