本文针对目前教师教育技术能力培训后在日常工作中存在的一些问题,展开讨论。通过理论研究,对主要影响教师教育技术能力培训迁移的环境因素进行分析,找到提高教师教育技术能力培训迁移效果的好对策。

In this paper,aiming at some problems in the teachers' educational technology ability training exist in everyday work,to discuss. By theoretical research,the main environmental factors affecting teacher education technique ability training migration were analyzed,and find a good countermeasures to improve teachers' education technology training transition effect.
