“人性化”、“民主化”、“专业化”的高校心理学教育改革

随着社会经济的不断进步,我国高校教育体系也在不断健全。这些年来,各个高校的课程教育改革高潮迭起,取得了不错的应用效果。在社会教育体系改革中,各个高校心理学体系也在不断优化,虽然现阶段依然不成熟的,但是发展前景是比较好的。笔者认为,在现阶段的高校心理学专业改革过程中,我们要进行"民主化"、"个性化"、"专业化"等原则的应用,确保高校学生对于心理学专业知识更好的掌握,保证自身应用能力的提升,实现自身综合素质的提升,以满足当今时代社会对于高素质应用型人才的需要。

With the development of social economy,China's higher education system is continuously perfect. Over the years,various colleges and universities education curriculum reform to climax,obtains the good application effect. In the reform of social education system,each university psychology system has been optimized,although is still not mature at this stage,the development prospect is good. The author thinks,in the reform process of professional psychology in university nowadays,we must carry on the 'democratization','individual','specialization' principle,to ensure that the university students to master the professional knowledge of psychology better,ensure their application ability,to realize their own comprehensive quality promotion,to meet the requirements of the modern social need for high-quality applied talents.
