摘要
元认知是对认知过程的自我意识、自我控制、自我评价和调节。它直接影响着大学生在学习英语时对学习任务、策略选择的认识,以及对学习过程的评价和调整。为了能更好地提高英语成绩,有必要对学生进行元认知策略的训练。本文以短文听力为例,提出应试技巧以促进学生听力水平的提高。
The metacognition is the self awareness,self control,self evaluation and adjustment of cognitive process. It has a direct impact on the college students in learning English to learn cognitive tasks,strategies,and evaluation and adjustment in the process of learning. In order to improve English,it is necessary to train the students with metacognitive strategies. According to the passage comprehension as an example,put forward the examination techniques in order to promote the improvement of their listening proficiency.
