随着全球化步伐的加快,国际交往的日益频繁,跨文化交际变得越来越普遍,而跨文化交际能力已成为国际化人才的必备素质。本文从中美两国在价值取向、文化语境、时间观念、肢体语言等方面存在的主要文化差异入手,讨论跨文化交际能力培养的必要性和措施,倡导加强跨文化交际意识,培养对文化差异的敏感度,以促进世界各国人民之间更好的交流。

Along with the accelerating pace of globalization,the international exchanges is increasingly frequent,intercultural communication has become more and more popular,and intercultural communicative competence has become the essential quality of international talents. With the cultural differences of China and America exist in the value orientation,cultural context,the concept of time,body language and other aspects,discusses the necessity and measures of the cultivation of intercultural communicative competence,advocates strengthening the awareness of intercultural communication,culture sensitivity to cultural differences,so as to promote better communication between the peoples of the world.
