随着中国改革开放的进一步加深,以及中国经济的发展,社会大众对体育健身、休闲娱乐的需求日益增高,而体育产业专业人才的不足已经影响了产业的发展。在全国范围内,许多高校开设了与体育产业相关的专业课程,对体育专业人才的培养也日趋热门。为了更深入了解当前福建省企事业单位对体育专业人才需求情况及能力和素质要求,为学院运动训练专业建设和教育、教学改革研究提供必要的支持。通过市场调研,在充分了解市场人才需求与职业院校培养现状的基础上,组织行业、企业专家就现行专业教学存在的主要问题,专业改革的思路与对策等进行了探讨并达成了共识。

With the further deepening of China's reform and opening up,and the development of China's economy,the demand for sports fitness,leisure and entertainment of the public is increasing,and the shortage of professional talents of sports industry has influenced the industry development. Nationwide,many universities opened the sports industry and related professional courses,training of sports talents is becoming more and more popular. In order to better understand the current Fujian province enterprises and institutions for the demand for talents of professional sports and the ability and quality,to provide the necessary support for college sports training specialty construction and education,teaching reform research. Through market research,based on knowledge of training market demand and occupation college,major problems,experts on the current organization of industry enterprises in the teaching reform,professional ideas and countermeasures were discussed and reached a consensus.
