高校保卫部门要变管理为服务,才能适应新时期高等教育发展的需要。文章阐述了管理即服务的安保工作的内容、意义,并提出了加强安保队伍建设、加强资金设备投入、宣传教育形式、建设和完善机制等对策,从而进一步提升高校安保服务工作能力。

The university security department to change management services,to meet the needs of the development of higher education in the new period. This paper expounds the management service security work content,significance,and put forward some countermeasures to strengthen security team construction,strengthen capital equipment investment,propaganda and education,building and perfecting the mechanism,so as to further enhance the security service ability.
