Information is the strategic resources of modern society,it is an important mean of market competition. Digital library is the development of traditional library in the information era,is a product of the development of network technology and digital technology,is the center and hub of future social public information. The digital library in our country currently is an emerging technology industry,has made some achievements in construction,such as the use of digital library development,but compared with foreign countries in Europe and America,still existing problems and defects. What is the development status of digital library in China? How to promote the development of digital library in China? This article mainly from the angle of information resource management in library,to analyze the existing problems in the management of university digital library,and the related countermeasures.
