Research on comprehensive evaluation model of human resource management

人力资源管理在企业管理中占据了重要地位,随着企业规模的扩大,人力资源管理的难度也在增加,如何检验企业人力资源管理的成效,发现企业人力资源管理的问题成为很多企业必须面对的问题。本文简单分析了人力资源管理的结构和功能,为综合评价模型的提出打下基础,然后分析了一个综合评价模型提出一般过程。

Human resource management play an important role in enterprise management, with the expansion of the scale of enterprises, human resources management is also increasing, how to test the result of enterprise human resources management, found the enterprise human resources management problems become many enterprises must face the problem. In this paper, a simple analysis of the structure and function of human resource management, for the comprehensive evaluation model is proposed to lay the foundation, then analyzes a comprehensive evaluation model put forward the general process.
